Expectations
I am getting so sick of people on rumble thinking that they have to weigh a certain weight to be healthy and saying that if you just work hard enough the pounds will come off.
I have to disagree. I have worked out a ton and a little, limited my calories and not, slept a lot and a little.
I am a 5’6” female that weighs 150 pounds. I wear a size 6 and have a body fat percentage of 20. This rates me as an athlete. I do not have excessive fat on my body. I have strong muscles that are defined easily through movement. I do not even look like I weigh as much as I do.
Basically I just think people need to rethink the way they think about the number on the scale and work more on being happy with the things our body can do.
